The topic was whether New London should adopt a Mayoral system or a “managerial” system for the city’s government. The mayors all shared their insight onto how to lead New London towards a more prosperous future.

Mayor DeStefano talked extensively about the socioeconomic dynamic of governing a city with racial and class distinctions.
