On top of it all, in an e-mail to College Republicans from the office of Ann Coulter in regards to their race for chairman came this gem: "Said Ms. Coulter -- 'I love all Republicans (except Chris Shays), but I have not made an endorsement in the race for CR Chairman.'" Emphasis added.
State Education Commissioner Betty J. Sternberg received support from the Connecticut Post in her call for US Education Secretary Margaret Spellings for calling Connecticut "un-American" over a lawsuit against No Child Left Behind.
