Connecticut Voices issued its report on Connecticuts census information this week, and it was revealed that 11.3 percent of Connecticuts population in 2005 was without health insurance. Thats 394,000 people.

Yet Jodi Rell insists; "We'll just be talking about what we've already been doing.

Which is, to say, not very much.
