    John is pro-choice and has been fighting along side of us to make sure that a woman's right to choose is not put into jeopardy.

    John supports over-the-counter access to emergency contraceptives ("EC") and believes all hospitals, including Catholic hospitals, must be required to offer EC to rape victims.

    John has made an investment in our children from the $1.5 billion school construction program to operating the most successful magnet school program in the state, attracting 1,700 suburban schoolchildren everyday.

    John will provide Universal Health Care that is preventative, portable and covers all state health mandates including women's health issues such as prescription contraceptives, cervical cancer screenings and mastectomy hospital stays.

    John will guarantee equal pay to women for equal work.

    John will support 24/7 Domestic Violence services to curb instances of violence in the home and provide substantial assistance to those affected by domestic violence.

    John will fund public education in a reasonable way by providing property tax relief and making sure the state takes responsibility for their share.

    John will insure mandatory Pre-K so kids arrive to school ready to learn.
